How to eliminate the forgetfulness

Forget to bring a cell phone, keys left in the home office even forget the covenant with partners,  maybe some of the things you've experienced.
Forgetfulness sometimes it makes things messy and cluttered. Here are tips to easily overcome your forgetfulness.

1.  Got a Plan
Someone who has a forgetful nature, shall have to write a list of all plans, including the smallest things and make a check-list. For example writing a shopping list of items you will buy. Eliminate every thing you've done. Eventually, you'll get used to making plans and not quickly forget, so that your life more organized.

2.  More Neat
Glasses left in the bathroom, your phone charger left at home etc.. So, put your personal belongings in one place so you can easily check if it does not exist. Conversely, do not mix everything together, place the appropriate type.

3.  Do not Panic
Often when you forget to put stuff, you actually become more frantic and upset. You need to know that the attitude of panic will only make you more and more forgotten. So, should you need to draw a deep breath and calm down for a while first. Because of the time relaxing, you will more easily remember.

4. Restore In place
Because of the rush and the limited time you have, sometimes you carelessly put your stuff. Therefore, from now on, get used to return the goods to be disciplined in the same place (or to the owners, if you borrow), after use. And for your possessions are borrowed, ask anyone who borrowed to make it back in place.

5.  Repeat
Often repeating what he would remember or memorize. This rare attention to help you easy to memories of the important things. For example, repeat to myself that today you have to call an important client, and so on.

6. Ask for Help a Friend
Still can not also remove your forgetfulness? Try asking a friend or boyfriend to help. Tell him to remind you if intend to do something today. If you object to your friends, use the reminder on the phone. Some studies say that your brain is working just as hard, so the more space the rest (freespace) the faster it works. You can help your brain to work by reducing memorynya only for important matters only, while things are not too important (phone number, formula calculation, schedule meeting with clients, to-do-list-job) you can 'leave' the organizer who now can take the form of books, phone, or PDA.

7. Do not Delay
All the points above will help you overcome the forgetfulness that is immediate. Procrastinate doing it, makes you actually 'save' the problem.
